DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This contract is prepared in order to arrange the conditions of product sales for the customers by Woody Cast Stove LLC. The Customer and Woody Cast Stove LLC hereto hereby agree on the conditions stated as follows:

Customer: The individual or establishment that approves this contract during the application for online sales department of Woody Cast Stove LLC.

 ENTRY INTO EFFECT AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract enters into force with the online application by the Customer via the website of Woody Cast Stove LLC. This contract is valid for an indefinite period.

THE BASICS OF THE CONTRACT

In this fieldname contract ("contract"), "you" and "yours" mean our customer ("customer") and "we," "our," "writer" mean Woody Cast Stove LLC company. In order to complete your registration process, you must read and accept all the rules and conditions stated here.

NOTIFICATIONS

Without notifying the customers, Woody Cast Stove will send the conditions within the shopping process such as subscription information, order and cargo conditions to the cell phone of the customer via SMS.

(Under the law that entered into effect on May 1, 2015, campaign messages that pursue Commercial purpose will not be sent by any means without the permission of the customer.)

For every notification it will send to the customer, Woody Cast Stove will primarily use the e-mail address given by the customer during the registration process. The customer is responsible for the validity of this address.

The customer declares that the information s/he will give to Woody Cast Stove LLC during the online registration and/or later on is correct and updated. The customer accepts in advance that s/he will not demand any payment damages from Woody Cast Stove LLC due to the malfunctions or damages that might occur in case the information given by the customer is false, incomplete or not updated.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The customer accepts to pay the prices and taxes related to the Woody Cast Stove products. Prices will be collected as cash or remittance / Eft when each order process is completed.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, THE CUSTOMER HAS GIVEN PERMISSON FOR THE RELATED PRICES TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT S/HE GIVES DURING THE REGISTRATION.

The customer can terminate the contract whenever s/he wants through a written application (mail, e-mail) to Woody Cast Stove or via the customer panel on condition that s/he informs  5 work-days in advance in monthly account planning and 15 work-days in advance in annual account planning. In this case, Woody Cast Stove will not conduct a renewal process for the next term. Provided that the contract is terminated by the customer, all registries belonging to the customer in relation to the service held in Woody Cast Stove will be deleted. As long as the contract remains in force, the customer is responsible for updating the credit card information s/he has notified to Woody Cast Stove for the cash proceeds. In case of changing the expiration date of his/her credit card, the customer will be obliged to inform Woody Cast Stove. In the event of a failure to make a collection from the credit card of the customer, Woody Cast Stove reserves the right of suspending the services for the customer or terminating the contract completely.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY OF WOODY CAST STOVE LLC

Woody Cast Stove will make the necessary effort in order to enable the sustainability of the services provided for the Customer. However, Woody Cast Stove does not guarantee that it will meet the needs of the Customer in full and its continuity, faultlessness and reliability. For direct and/or indirect damages of the Customer that might occur due to the use of and/or non-use any service provided within the scope of this contract, the responsibility of Woody Cast Stove might be the total cost of the services provided at most.

VALIDITY OF THE REGISTRATIONS OF WOODY CAST STOVE

Unless otherwise stated, the registrations of Woody Cast Stove will be considered as valid in relation to online processes that the Customer will carry out.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

Woody Cast Stove can terminate this contract without justification by sending a written notification to the Customer 5 work-days ahead. In this case, prices related to the services paid by the customer to Woody Cast Stove previously but not used are returned to the customer. Providing that cash proceeds related to the services cannot be obtained from the credit card of the customer, Woody Cast Stove can terminate the contract. In this case, the amount paid by the customer previously cannot be returned. On condition of informing 5 work-days ahead, the customer can terminate the contract at any time via a written application (mail, email) to the Woody Cast Stove.

VALIDITY OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT

The changes that will occur in time in this contract approved by the customer during the online application will be notified to the customer by publishing on its website and/or via email. By continuing to use the services of Woody Cast Stove LLC, the customer is considered to accept the current conditions of the contract.

MANAGEMENT OF YOUR ACCOUNT

In order to use our services, you need to open an account and get a password. You can access your registered information online with your e-mail address and password and make the necessary changes. You give us the right of putting the transactions into practice with your customer code and password. You are always obliged to ensure the security of your e-mail address and password. In case of detecting the unauthorized use of your e-mail address and password, you have to inform us of this condition immediately. All the processes, registrations, costs and responsibilities that will be carried out with your e-mail address and password belong to you.

HOW TO USE YOUR INFORMATION

The reason why we collect personal information and data is to meet our obligations revealed within the framework of this contract and the conditions of which fieldname writers have to comply. We guarantee that we will not use the personal information that we gather from you except the purposes and requirements stated here. We also accept that we will take the necessary precautions in order to prevent the loss, stealing, damaging, changing of and annihilating the personal information that belongs to you. If you give us the personal information about a third person, then you accept to transmit all the information stated above to this third person.
