Return Policy

Every product you buy from our store is under Woody Cast Stove LLC warranty.

the product you have purchased from caststove.com; You can return it within 14 working days from the delivery date of the product, with the return form you created in the "Return" section, without using it, without losing its salable feature, for reasons arising from our site, such as sending the wrong product and wrong color. Packages sent without the return form approval from our Customer Service department will cause problems in terms of tracking.

Return Process

You can return the product with all its accessories, undamaged and unused, by creating a Return Form and with all copies of the invoice, within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day you receive the order. Returns of opened, used and destroyed products are not accepted. The buyer returns the product in its condition when it was received; if it is used, it is obliged to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

Product Return Fee

After the "Cancelled" warning about your order is displayed, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or to your bank to which you made the transfer. The product price is returned within 3 working days after the product is checked for compliance with the return conditions from the moment it reaches the warehouse. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days after the refund for the refund amount to reflect on your credit card. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card as a plus balance every month by your bank.

Product Change

There are no exchanges or refunds on products that have been opened and used in their original packaging. You can return all our products without any reason within 14 days.

Order Cancellation

If the status of your order has not been updated as "Shipped", you can send your cancellation request by sending an e-mail to info@caststove.com. Order cancellation confirmation will be notified to you via e-mail.

If your order is in the shipping phase; After the product arrives, you must fill out the return form in the "Return" section. If you have a Coupon Code that you have used in your canceled orders, it will be reloaded into your account after the cancellation of your order is confirmed.
