You can return the product with all its accessories, undamaged and unused, by creating a Return Form and with all copies of the invoice, within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day you receive the order. Returns of opened, used and destroyed products are not accepted. The buyer returns the product in its condition when it was received; if it is used, it is obliged to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

After the "Cancelled" warning about your order is displayed, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or to your bank to which you made the transfer. The product price is returned within 3 working days after the product is checked for compliance with the return conditions from the moment it reaches the warehouse. There are no exchanges or refunds on products that have been opened and used in their original packaging. You can return all our products without any reason within 14 days.
